Private Label
One of the retail finishes we do the most, is private labeling the blank apparel. This process involves either removing the blank apparel label by either tearing it away if it is a tear away label or cutting on the sew line in order to remove the label. Once the label is removed, we most often screen print a label with your brand as well as the garment size, fabric and washing instructions. The alternative to printed labels, is to sew on a custom label with the same information.
Hem Tags
A custom hem tag, adds one step above the private label inside of the garment’s collar. As the name suggests, we had a custom label to the hem of the product. Do not stop and think of only the bottom and sleeve hem of the garment, we can add hem tags on shirt collars, hoodie pockets, back of a ball cap and much more. The custom labels are sewn in place with either a straight stitch or border stitch all depending on the style and placement of the label.
Hang Tag
Your brand needs to tell the world something or will be sold inside of a retail store, a hang tag is versatile and elegant and allows for room to tell your customers something more about the product as well as include barcodes if the need is present. Feel as though this might be harmful for the environment, we can even offer this option on seed paper.
Folding
Our standard folding process is in bundles of the same size of either 12 or 6 units. If your order is going to be sent directly to one of your retail partners or distributed at an event and you want to speed up the process, we can individually fold each garment and make your closet feel shameful.
Bagging
Your garments are all nicely folded in single units and now you'd like to keep them nicely stored this way for fulfillment, inventory or distribution, not a problem. We can individually bag your garments or bundle them together for easier handling and distribution. These bags can be of all types of sizes, shapes and material.
Individual Tagging
Sometimes the finished goods will be distributed to a specific individual or will be going into a fulfilment center and this requires a name label, size label or barcode applied. This is not a problem at all, we can generate and apply these for you or you can provide everything to us and we will apply them in the final stages of the order.
